Theme of the Month – March
Over the years, communication has changed drastically. Since our franchise was first purchased, SERVPRO of Daviess County, Kentucky has worked hard to ensure that we are keeping up with the trend. Our goal is to be able to serve our clients in the best way possible and ensure a stress-free process. Most of the time, this is achieved by one thing: great communication. We make sure this happens by going the EXTRA mile in communication!
During an insurance claim, you typically have an agent and adjuster. Our Marketing Representatives work hard to stay in constant contact with both of these individuals throughout the process, so they know how well the job is progressing. This helps them be able to put their trust in our team, and also be able to help the customer if they ask any questions about what is going on in their home.
We also know that this is a time that is extremely stressful for everyone involved. This is why we also have the Project Coordinator over each job call their clients every day. This is a good time to give updates, and ensure all questions are answered.
At the end of the job we ask for feedback on how we did. Every job has a Certificate of Satisfaction that is filled out and signed by the homeowner, which has different ratings of how we did in different areas. One of these areas is how well we communicated. Our franchise makes it a goal to get all 10/10, but especially in the communication area!
