3 Step Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned Program

Step #1- Every business is different and have different needs. To start the program, we send a Cleaning Protocol Consultant who is trained to help guide you in figuring out the best course of action for your business. Once this is done, they will then create a personalized cleaning program that fits your individual needs. This includes looking at your type of business, building size, number of high touchpoints, incoming foot traffic, employee contact and congested areas of the building. Looking at this data will help decide what type of cleaning would be best to clean and sanitize the area.

Clean-

Step #2- The actual cleaning and sanitization. Using the guide built from the consultation, our trained crew undergo a deep clean on your business using our exclusive cleaning system. Our crews not only go by the SERVPRO Corporate standards, but also the CDC’s guidelines throughout the entire process. Our goal is to go beyond the scope of work to ensure maximum satisfaction and cleanliness for your staff and clients. We will also dispose of any hazardous materials that are created throughout the cleaning, so there is no cleanup for you.

Certify-

Step #3- Certify the cleaning. Once your businesses has undergone our Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned Program, we will then post and dated signage inside and out to give both incoming customers and your employees peace of mind that their safety is the #1 priority.
