April Noland and I had the best lunch presentation today, I feel confident when I send my clients to April at SERVPRO because she always keeps the agency updated with job progress on each of our clients. She always returns my calls within minutes. With having a recent client loss, I asked my customer how things were going with the process and they sang praises about the attention to detail and the attention they were given specifically by April. They stated seeing her on the site helped them feel comfortable throughout the process as they had a face to go with the name and knew was vested in their best interest. The Marketing Representative, April Noland, is very knowledgeable about all of their services and techniques. She is always professional and compassionate about any topic you bring to her. Whether she stops by the office or we meet for a working lunch, April is always sharp!

We recently had a fire at our location, and SERVPRO was right on time taking the situation and making it easy to handle. The gentleman, Adam, that was doing the cleaning of our carpets was absolutely phenomenal. He took great pride in his work and worked tirelessly till it was complete, and professional regardless how hot, tired he was. I hope the company takes time let him know what a value he is.
